Check the requirement first

GCA’s agreement page confirms G-Cloud 15, reference RM1557.15. The framework covers cloud services; it does not cover general consultancy unrelated to cloud, recruitment or the provision of interims.

Describe what you need before choosing a service. Our recommendation is to state the intended output, users, data requirements and acceptance criteria in plain language.

Separate supplier status from service scope

NatQuest appears in the official supplier directory. Our team’s submitted portfolio contains one SaaS platform and seven Cloud Support services. Before purchase, confirm the individual listing, awarded lot, service definition and current price.

Follow the current guidance

GCA provides routes with and without competition. Eligibility depends on the requirement and the framework rules; supplier status alone does not establish a right to direct award. Use the current buyer guide and your organisation’s procurement procedures.

Agree deliverables, responsibilities and the evidence needed to accept the work before committing. This is our recommended starting point for a useful commercial conversation, regardless of the route.

Start with one outcome.

We agree the baseline, run the work and report the value against it. If the proof holds, we scale it across the function.

What we need from you

Every engagement is priced before any work starts, usually as a fixed-fee proof first. Ask us for an indicative figure for your outcome.
