Legal
Website terms.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of nat-quest.com, operated by NatQuest Limited, registered in Scotland under company number SC762053. Our registered office is Inspire Hub, Level 6 Graham Hill Building, 50 Richmond Street, Glasgow G1 1XP. Contact hello@nat-quest.com about these terms or any website issue.
Using this website
The site introduces our commercial intelligence, procurement, advisory, technology and capability services. You may browse it and use its enquiry routes for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the site to send unlawful or abusive material.
Information and professional advice
Articles, frameworks and service descriptions provide general information. They are not advice tailored to your organisation, a procurement decision or a specific legal or commercial requirement. Obtain appropriate advice and check the current rules and source material before acting.
We aim to keep content accurate and useful, but information can change and errors can occur. Dates, examples and descriptions should be read in their stated context. An illustrative scenario is not evidence of a client result, and a past outcome does not guarantee a future one. Please tell us if you find something that needs correcting.
Enquiries and service agreements
Sending an enquiry, requesting a brochure or expressing interest in early access does not create a services contract, reserve a place or guarantee product access. The forms display a reference when your enquiry is saved. If you see an error or no confirmation, retry or contact us by email.
Fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, data handling and responsibilities for advisory work, training, SCM Genius Network and OpenTender.AI are governed by the applicable agreement. These website terms do not replace or amend an agreed contract.
Public-sector services remain subject to the relevant procurement route, service definition and contract. A framework listing does not itself authorise a purchase or establish that every advertised service is available under that framework.
Our content and brand
Unless otherwise stated, NatQuest or its licensors own the rights in the website’s original text, design and visual assets. You may link to our pages and print or save reasonable extracts for personal reference or internal business evaluation, keeping attribution and any notices intact.
Ask for permission before republishing substantial content, selling our material or using NatQuest branding to suggest endorsement. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law. Third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their owners.
Links and availability
Links to external resources are provided for convenience and context. We do not control those sites or their content, availability or data practices. A link alone does not imply an endorsement or partnership.
We may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We cannot promise uninterrupted access. Changes to this website do not change a separately agreed service commitment.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Responsibility for a paid service is addressed in the relevant contract. These website terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of responsibility for that service.
Privacy and information you send
Our privacy notice explains how we handle website and enquiry information, and our cookie notice describes browser preferences. Send only information you are authorised to share. Arrange an appropriate confidential channel with us before sending tender submissions, sensitive personal information or restricted project material.
Governing law and updates
These website terms are governed by Scots law. The Scottish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere or protections available to consumers under applicable law.
We may revise these terms as the website changes. The date below identifies this version; changes apply to subsequent website use and do not retrospectively change an existing service agreement.
